• She immigrated May 21, 1913 to Port of Quebec, Quebec, Canada. 53 Maria travelled to Canada from Liverpool, England aboard the sailing vessel "Megantic" along with her children; Karoline, Philip and Margaretha. The vessel sailed from Liverpool May 13, 1912 and arrived at the Port of Quebec May 21, 1913. Maria married Heinrich Streib, son of Georg Streib and Catherine Schafer, June 1, 1876 in Belz, Bessarabia. (Heinrich Streib was born in 1854.) |
